1 - Can I cancel a booking that I've deposited for?
Once you have deposited, we will block your slot in our calendar. Any cancellation will deem forfeiting the deposit you've made as the slot has been blocked for you and any other clients asking for the same slot might have been rejected. So it is best to confirm your date before booking with us.

After 2 or 3 years, the touch up fee will depend on the brow condition, starting from RM650

3 - What should I do before my Ombre Powder Brow/Gradient/Natural Powder procedure?
For best result, here are a few things to keep in mind before your appointment, do not shave brow area (threading or plucking or waxing is okay), keep skin moisturised, wear hydrating mask twice a week to keep skin supple, no laser treatment, no bleaching or whitening products, no extraction treatments around brow area and no prolonged sun exposure that can cause sunburn.
4 - What are the aftercare guidelines for Ombre, Gradient & Natural Powder Brow?
Keep brow area dry for 24 hours or until brow has fully healed, wash face with sponge so water does not spill to brow area, avoid doing anything to the brow for example makeup or skincare. No swimming, no prolonged exposure to the sun, avoid any kind of sunscreen or oil based products and do not scrub the brow area. Clean brows with cotton pad and mineral water if needed, when scabs are forming do not peel off, let if fall by itself. Touch up should be scheduled between 4-6 weeks from the 1st procedure to help with better color retention. You may notice a significant FADE after the brows have healed, do not panic as this is normal. The touch up session will help the color to stay on your brow area better.
5 - How do you take care of eyebrow tattoo?
It's important not to get the brows wet during the healing process (24 hours). Your brows should remain dry all day and all night for 24 hours. To help with itchiness you may use a q-tip to apply LIGHT coat of aftercare ointment once or twice a day. Be gentle, do not pull of the scabs prematurely.
6 - How long do eyebrow tattoo take to heal?
It takes approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 1 month for the color to fully set in. You'll notice the color is very light right after the two weeks after healing, the skin will have an opaque milky looking quality to it.This known as the milk skin and is common tattooing.
7 - Can you wear makeup after eyebrow tattoo?
The pigment appears 30-40% darker in the first 2-3 weeks after the procedure. As the area heals, the skin begins to flake off and a beautiful lighter-colored brow is revealed.While it's possible to dip into your makeup bag before your brows are fully healed, it's best if you just avoid it.

Yes! It is completely safe if you are getting an eyebrow tattoo from a skilled person. So it is very important to know about your permanent makeup technician and if you have any skin problem then don't go for it.
9 - Are eyebrow tattoos permanent and how long does it last?
No, it's not permanent. Cosmetic tattooing, unlike body art tattooing, is much more superficial to the skin. The inks are also much more degradable. Your own immune system will digest the ink and also push out the pigment as well. Ombre Powder Brow typically lasts up to 3 years depending on your skin type and your aftercare procedure. To maintain the vibrancy of the colour, a yearly touch up is encouraged.

11 - How long should i wait to get a touch up?
Touch up should be done within minimum 4 weeks after the first initial session, once the brows are fully healed
12 - How many sessions does it take for a new set of brows?
Every brand new set of brows require two sessions to be complete and achieve the desired result. The first session is the initial appointment and the second session is the first touch up.
13 - What is OMBRE POWDER BROWS?
Ombre powder brow is shading the brows to be darker at the tails and lighter in the front. The final healed results is a look of powdered filled brows similar to the look of makeup. Bev's signature soft, misty fronts create a natural and subtle look.

Cold spoon for swollen eyes. No restriction, can get the treated area wet & keep the area clean. No eyelash extension or lash lift within 1 month from the procedure date. No mascara and makeup on the eye area within 2 weeks from the procedure date.
7 - What are the conditions that are not eligible for eyeliner?
If you have hooded eyes, lash extension , contraindications, veiny & bumpy eyelids you are not eligible to proceed the eyeliner tattoo.
8 - Am i eligible for a eyeliner procedure?
You are ineligible for eyeliner services if you are : pregnant, breast feeding, diabetic, if you have glaucoma, skin diseases, keloid disorder, HIV, Hepatitis, skin cancer or if you're taking skin medication like steroids. You must also be 18+. You are also ineligible if you have veiny or bumpy eyelids. If you have recently done an eyelid lift procedure, you will need to wait for 6 months before booking an eyeliner procedure.

It will last for 2 to 3 years depending on the lip and also your lip care routine.
2 - Is a touch up session included for the lip blush procedure?
A follow-up session is not included because every lips is different in terms of the varying degree of darkness of the lips. So, to achieve the desired colour for lips follow-up session is depending on each client.

It takes a full two months for a lip blush procedure to fully heal and the true color to stabilise.
4 - What is the after-care like for a lip blush procedure?
Keep your lips well moisturised using lip balm and also do not scratch and tag on the scabs that will form during the healing process.
5 - What food should I avoid after a lip blush procedure?
You should avoid coloured food like curry and also tea and coffee.
6 - Can I wear lipstick after a lip blush procedure?
You should keep your lips free from lipstick or any make up for at least one month after the initial procedure.
7 - What are the aftercare guidelines for lip blush tattoo?
Avoid, sayur kangkung , sticky rice, all coloured foods, (curry, soy sauce) and drinks (tea, coffee) No lipsticks for the first 2 months. Keep lips clean & moisturised.Clean lips after eating , apply lip balm/ointment (no petroleum). Final lip colour is evident after 2 months.
8 - What are the conditions that are not eligible for lip blush?
If you have dry sensitive lips, white bubbles on lips, contraindications, and cold sores you are not eligible to proceed the lip blush tattoo procedure.
