Initially after the Ombre Powder Brows procedure, brows would look dark and bold. As the pigment will fade by 30-50%, artists would usually recommend a darker color so brows would heal to the expected brow color.

The beauty of Ombre Powder Brows (OPB) is that they are very low maintenance.

There are many after-care steps but I would like to highlight a few main ones for you to remember prior to your appointment. Do keep in mind the steps may vary depending on your artist but these are pretty standard in my opinion.

If you have red brows, you can still save your brows by going through a color correction procedure. In this procedure, your artist will choose the right color corrector to camouflage the red tone and change your brows to a yellow brown again. 

Ombre Powder Brows uses one single needle to implant pigment into the upper layer of the dermis. Microblading uses a row of needles that looks like a tiny blade and the pigment is implanted by slicing into the skin.
